Although I have debts of £15,000, I have a very small mortgage of £20,000 so I would like to remortgage up to £50,000 to consolidate and decorate, any idea how much this will cost. And, will the effect of having debt get in the way?

Sometimes the only option for my prospects is Bankruptcy or Debt Consolidation. Now as a Credit Consultant my job is to restore and maintain a squeaky clean credit report so it kills me to send them off to file BK or consolidate their debt however it’s their only option. I prefer a non-profit in the Central Valley, CA (because that’s where my office is located) who can offer these services and become part of my referral directory. If anyone out there can steer me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it. Thank you

I want to get a debt consolidation loan, WITHOUT using my home equity, but they are telling me my credit score is great, but by ratio is too high. Well, I want to consolidate all the CC debt I have, but it’s running me in circles. What’s the point of trying to get a consolidation loan if they won’t lend it to you because you have too much debt? Does anyone know of ANY bank or anywhere I can turn to that understands and can try and help me? Thank you for your help!

Need information on debt help or a loan that can help without involving anyone else. Do not want to take out a mortgage on my property as it is jointly owned and I do not want to risk the loss of my home. Can anyone help?

How do you know which program is good and which one is right for you. I heard their is a way to check there beruo report or something, not sure what its called. How can you see the results and reputation of the debt settlement program or debt consolidation program.
