The money is coming from a remortgage of a property in another country and the payments will be by BACS transfer to a couple of UK banks and also sterling drafts posted to credit card accounts. It is to clear UK debts.
It is all legit but is there an amount that triggers a revenue query? etc. Can they see all payments made i.e. posted drafts and electronic transfers?

I have all sorts of debt. 3 closed checking accounts and one closed savings account, a closed credit card account, and four bounced checks. Does anyone know of a solid debt consolidation firm that can help me? Most won’t handle overdrawn bank accounts, and I can’t find one for the life of me. The total debt is somewhere around $7,000. The sad thing is that I am a college student who got in trouble with gambling, and now I’m trying to come clean. Please advise! Thanks in advance!

My husband and I are trying to straighten out our finances because we have a lot of debt (credit cards mostly) and we want to buy a house. Everyone tells us that getting a a debt consolidation loan will help because we can combine all of our debts into one monthly payment, but we kept getting turned down or offered a low amount because we have too much credit being used. What’s the point of a debt consolidation loan if your too much in debt?

Im clearing UK debts and the money is coming from a remortgage of my wifes house in Rep of Ireland. I will be transferring approx £30,000 into the UK to clear debts. However lots of the debts are less than £4000 and I could pay them of with a couple of installments without raising any eyebrows.
My wife does not want the UK banks etc to start quizing or annoying her about her personal circumstances in Ireland etc.

I am trying to consolidate my credit card debt because the payments are too high each month. If I could get a home loan this would be perfect. I am having difficulty making all the payments and I don’t want to completely ruin my credit. Any reliable consolidation advice would be apprecitated!

Can you refer me to a good debt consolidation company?
I have heard there are a lot of rip off debt consolidation companies out there, and I am just looking for one that maybe you have had a good experience with. If you could give me some suggestions, that would be great! Thank you!
